I LOVE my new custom couch! I’m so happy with how it turned out! It’s even better then I had envisioned! Marina helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. This company is scandals and I would not do business with them. 4000 from me for couches they lied and said they could deliver but could not.

When we moved and needed a new sofa configuration I went straight to Sofa U Love! It arrived with damage to one of the arms. We sent it back for repair and it was returned in worse shape, there were cuts and abrasions in the leather from mishandling and they didn’t even repair the arm. We didn’t even take it home we had them send it back again for repair and they took forever. When they arrived, the quality was poor. The back cushions had 2 throw pillow cushions stuffed in each, and the dimensions were not what I had ordered. The padding on the back and sides of the sofas was sub-par and thin, making it possible to feel the frame through the fabric.

I am a very unhappy customer, am beyond frustrated with them, and tired of spending time I don’t have dealing with Sofa U Love. It is 3 months later and I still don’t have the corrected furniture, or a date of when it will be done. I will update my review if the situation is resolved satisfactorily. In the meantime, I hope this review helps you make your purchasing decision, and you can judge for yourself whether you want to deal with the hassle of doing business with this store.

I had pre-paid the balance and had a receipt showing it was paid in full. They refused to deliver it, I’m still fighting with them! Do not buy from them, run, don’t walk out of their stores. Would definitely recommend to check their store. I live in a small studio and was looking for the perfect functional piece of furntiure that would be adequate as a couch, but also provide additional sleeping space for guests. While I really wish I had space for a full couch, this does the trick for living in really small spaces. Would definitely recommend to check their store and pick what’s right for you.

Visited the store, loved the furniture they carry very friendly staff. I am very happy with my furniture and it really makes my home stand out. They delivered when they said and within a week of ordering for a very low delivery price. The delivery men brought all items into my apartment. I will for sure buy more items from them in the future and would highly recommend them. The furniture looks great, good quality and a fair price.
