She pauses in the doorway to stare at the lump under the covers, debating what to do. The blankets are pulled up over his shoulders, but she can see messy, blonde hair poking out at the pillow. There’s a towel on the floor by the side of the bed, so she knows he’s had a shower along with helping himself to her leftovers. She steps further into the room and he doesn’t stir.
